Operating under Gladiator Computers in Manchester, England, UK. As a new customer, I got a new PC and within the first three days, it crashed at least 20 times with no clear reason. Update: I've received a ton of help from Gladiator to sort out my issues, and my new PC is getting better. It's not completely fixed yet, but I'm grateful it's on the right track.

Fantastic assistance regarding Windows and BIOS updates. I always get a speedy reply through email.

I can only say that my experience with buying a desktop from Punch Technology has been a hassle from the get-go.

1. The computer showed up with a loose screw rattling around inside the case. I never figured out where that screw belonged.

2. One of the fans was way too loud, kicking in just from scrolling a webpage. I tried tweaking the BIOS settings to tone it down, but it was still pretty annoying, constantly revving up and down. Eventually, I just ran the processor at 60% power as a workaround. Not ideal, but it worked.

3. The biggest issue: sometimes, when booting up, the UEFI/BIOS would run and then just stop with no output. Windows didn’t log any failures, which made it seem like it never even loaded. At first, this happened about once in every 50 startups, but it got worse, happening around once in 30.

I reached out to Punch Technology and they advised me to:
check for memory errors - none found,
download a chipset update - didn’t help,
and try a BIOS update - which wouldn’t install.
I’ll give them credit; other retailers might not have offered even this much help. But in the end, nothing got fixed.

After 15 months, the fan started clicking like it was about to give out. I’ve lost all faith in using this machine daily, and honestly, it’s just easier to buy a new desktop. It’s not just about the money; it’s the time wasted and the constant worry that the computer might fail completely.

I had a question about the OS, and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. Not sure of the exact date, but my inquiry was addressed nicely.

Outstanding support experience! What really sets them apart is that I didn't purchase directly from them and didn't have to show any proof of purchase. I just had a quick tech question about one of their PCs I got from Laptops Direct, and Punch Technology was super helpful. Thanks a bunch!

So, I was tasked with building a PC for a buddy, and we settled on a setup. I placed the order, but then he had a change of heart for a pretty silly reason. I reached out to Punch to explain the situation, and a courteous guy told me they'd check with the warehouse since it was already in the works. When I followed up a day later, it was cancelled. (Refund came through in just 3 business days, too.)

Then it hit me that the build I had recommended was nearly perfect for me, so I made a few adjustments and reordered the B550 with Pulse. Later on, I saw that my order was No 68 and in a 'pre-built' phase, but since my parts were all separate, I called to ask about it.

A wonderful lady asked some good questions and quickly went through what seemed like a warehouse, explaining the situation to someone... "probably because there's only one left in the system since the other is 'pending...and it's all separates? Yeah, we can ship it today..." they said.

"Is it alright if we ship it today?" the lovely lady asked.

More than alright, mate. These hardworking folks provide stellar service even when dealing with folks like me who can be a bit of a pain. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Easy custom options from a friendly selection, arrived earlier than expected, and a fantastic working machine. Much appreciated!

Fantastic pre-sales assistance. Yet, they wouldn’t accept credit card payments online. They pushed for PayPal, which lacks the insurance that comes with credit cards. Ended up going somewhere else. It's a pity because the systems seemed decent.

Awesome support from Sean and the crew. Sean was super helpful on the phone with what I needed. Photo editing had turned into a hassle, taking ages to handle those big files. I finally decided to ditch my decade-old computer and got myself a high-performance photography machine. Now, editing is a breeze; it only takes seconds to process images in Topaz Photo AI. The system has great storage with two SSDs—one for the editing software and the other for working on files before moving them to the 4TB hard drive. This setup should last me another 10 years, and the Punch team can upgrade it anytime if I need. Big thanks to Sean and the team for changing my image editing game.
